This 36-month project will address women's participation in Manitoba’s ICT sector by identifying workplace barriers and proposing changes, resources and supports to advance equality for women in the sector. An action plan with a focus on areas including wage gaps, pay equity, child care policies and other related issues will be developed with stakeholders.
