We plan on utilizing a Youth – Lab technician to assist in the development of a Vegan Rice Crisp product. The developed product will be nutritious and meets these qualifications while also offering vegan and allergen-free statements, which targets a larger group of consumers that have dietary restrictions. The Rice Crisp’s nutritional claims enhance the unique value of its sour fruit profile from three flavours. The parameters that we will be seeking in this snack bar are as followed for a 40 g serving. The Youth -Lab technician will be involved in all the phases of product development and Pilot Plant Trials.
