Phoenix Rising is a targeted reintegration initiative that works to prevent gang involvement, violence, and recidivism among justice‑involved Black youth aged 18–29 by addressing underlying social, economic, and trauma-related factors. Through culturally responsive and trauma‑informed approaches, the project delivers coordinated supports including case management, mental health services, workforce development, mentorship, and wraparound social supports.
