This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow North York Women's Shelter to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced with a focus on the strengthening of all Human Resources' policies and procedures, through a trauma-informed policy approach, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, as well as health and safety policies.
