The project will gather and analyze baseline data regarding the mental health of Public Safety Personnel (PSP) serving in the Search and Rescue (SAR) volunteer organizations SARVAC (Search and Rescue Volunteer Association of Canada), CASARA (Civil Air Search and Rescue Association) and CCGA (Canada Coast Guard Auxiliary). The project will provide a current snapshot of SAR PSP mental health. A report will be produced to provide insights on duty-related mental health disorders affecting SAR PSP.
