The Project will support the development of an innovation plan to explore integrating AI into the Firm’s core business to: Develop OwlAI, an intelligent assistant embedded within its task and maintenance management platform used by multi-unit operators. Project will lean heavily into AI tools to modernize the platform, improve efficiency, and accelerate innovation. By leveraging Azure-based AI and other tools, OwlOps will enhance internal development and deliver customer-facing features like smart onboarding, predictive maintenance, intelligent scheduling, and real-time, data-driven insights.
