This contribution supports the investigation of the freshwater resource vulnerability on Sable Island National Park Reserve to changing climate conditions. A process-based hydrologic model will be run for different oceanic and atmospheric climate scenarios. Results will improve understanding of the risks to surface water and ground water from rising sea levels, changing air temperatures and precipitation, and intensifying ocean storms.
