The purpose of this contribution is to provide funding to support this municipality towards reducing youth gun and gang activities by hiring a consultant who will consult with stakeholders to find out what their perspectives, needs and resources available are and to develop a problem statement and corresponding strategy on how to implement a program of activities during the full implementation phase of the project.
