Design, construct and operate a full scale, continuous Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement (OAE) system at the Tufts Cove site that is capable of consuming multiple feedstocks in a modular way and can be operated semi-autonomously with a minimal number of operators. Size the system to accommodate dosing at the highest scale that we can get a permit for based on data collected in our pilot projects. Target carbon cost of removal with the most efficient feedstock of < $250/t USD.
