By transforming food waste from grocery stores into value-added products such as proteins, oils and fertilizer using the black soldier fly, the firm is looking to add value to food waste. The aim of this project is to improve the efficiency of the firm's sorting process in order to reduce waste-related losses and thus increase revenues.
