This project is a youth crime prevention and reintegration initiative supporting Muslim, Black, and racialized at‑risk youth in Alberta through culturally informed, trauma‑responsive services. It provides prevention, early intervention, counselling, mentoring, family‑based supports, and reintegration assistance delivered through coordinated, wraparound approaches. By connecting participants to education, employment, housing, and family supports, the project aims to improve well‑being and reduce criminal and gang‑related involvement.
