The project will create and implement a marketing strategy to generate sales for iSBERGDATA. The project will map out an overall strategy for the full range of iSBERGDATA products and start implement the strategy in a stepwise manner. The Firm will first focus on the PRAKTIK and EXPERTIS products for early-stage General surgeons. PRAKTIK is aimed at residents and EXPERTIS for those early in their practice. The Firm will expand both PRAKTIK and EXPERTIS to obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedic surgery and urology. The project will seek out affinity agreements with the relevant specialty organizations like what we have in General Surgery.
