This 36-month project will develop diversity workshops with private sector partners to assess the current state of diversity in these organizations and develop personalized action plans for reforms in the Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) sector, in areas including pay equity, flexible work arrangements and equitable recruitment and retention. From this, a national action plan will be developed to advance gender equality within the industry and lead to improved economic security for women in the information, communications, technology, digital media and broadcasting sectors.
